He wrote letter and i and gave to garda that nothing happen we are sorry for wasting time .

But the garda young lad was very keen to procced the case , he interviewed me and i said sorry for wasting there time .

Now after 4 month i received summon from court and applicant is garda himself and charge is MAkIng FALSE REPORT 12(a) 1976.

Even there is no false i suspected some thing wrong and report to garda but don't know that young lad Garda said to me you forginer and etc.

I dont know what to do , on one end my eu1 decision pending and on other end i have letter from court to appear and answer this allegation.

CAN ANY ONE HELP ME PLS>>>>

I don't think the purport crime will reach the threshold for your application for EU1 to be refused on grounds of Public Policy. The requirements for refusal on that basis are very high.
INIS cannot refuse your application on the basis of that court appearance alone.

Its a DOJ decision. The liklihood is not. You have been accused of committing an offence, not a crime. I can't understand why your boss is not also accused as he would be the unjured party should the money have gone missing. He made the complaint as it was his money and the onus was on him to check before making the complaint.

No harm in sending them a reminder letter.

Thx for replies

First of all my ex boss was there before i start the shift , he mixed up every thing and told me everything fine i did few payments and i have written down in a book.

when i looked at the book later becz at tht time why he would do such kind of thing that i should not trust him and check before he leave

Anyways when i checked then nothing was in order . bearing in my mind it was my second week and never worked in that kind of place and enviorment before .

i got panic and call the police if i wont then it could be possible he would complain aganist me that i did something wrong

Thats all :(

That's great mirzhar.

Did you send a letter to the DoJ to remind them of their obligation to issue your Residence Card within 6 months of submission?
