Advice needed! De Facto Visa

Post by hidoho345 » Sat Sep 05, 2009 11:46 am

Hi,

My partner and i have been together for almost three years. I am Australian and she is Irish. I am applying for a de facto visa. I overstayed my working holiday visa by a few months last year and am wondering how this will affect my application.

My partner and I have a joint bank account but have never lived together, is there any other way we can prove our relationship?

Any advice would be helpful thank you!!
