Way for a dependent to get work now

Greetings,

I am a dependent of a work permit holder. I am 19, and I need a job. However, work permits, even for dependents, are not being issued right now it seems. I want to see how I can get work somehow, and I have come up with some ideas which I would like to run by y'all to see if any might work.

1) Start a business.

2) Work for a company not registered in Ireland (via internet) like freelancing web development.

3) Becoming the partner of a company owner getting started here.

Any ideas?

if you do not have stamp 4, you are not allowed to start your own business, unless you apply for business permission and have some 300,000 euros ready to invest.
for the same reason, i think you wouldn't be able to become a partner of a company owner as well.
if you were a student (certain school, certain courses), on stamp 2 you would be allowed to work 20 hours a week.
if you are a dependant of a work permit holder i guess you are on stamp 3 at the moment. is that right? while on stamp 3 you are not allowed to work.
sorry not much hope here in this current economic climate.

Alright, that is not good. I am on a Stamp 3 insofar as I can determine.

The rules say I can't work in Ireland. Is it legal for me to work for a company utterly outside of Ireland? It would make no sense if I was forbidden that, as it does not affect my residency or the work pool of Ireland at all.
