Can anyone that is married to an eu citizen get an eu fam card .
I am a non non eu and the immigration have not given me a stamp 4.
I applied 5 months ago my wife is not working and I have a child with her.

Hi there,
If u have applied in DOJ for EUFam card 5 months ago, did u got any acknowledgement ? If yes, u can go to ur local garda station and u can get a temporary stamp 4 for 6 months.
Secondly, ur spouse which is an EU citizen must be in engaged in economic activity (employed or self employed); OR a person with sufficient resources and sickness insurance to ensure that they do not become a burden on the social services of the host Member State OR enrolled as a student OR vocational trainee;
So, if she is not working u cannot get 4EUFam card, try to get her a job asap that will speed up ur application and try to get an immigration solicitor also.

Let het get a job, but now getting a job is so difficult, let her get herself a course through FAS or College, that will be accepted than doing nothing and claiming dole, pls do that in time.
