Will he have to leave Ireland at some point?

Post by Angel592 » Wed Jul 27, 2011 4:34 pm

My dad applied for WCATT and his application got declined, and now he appealed. He's waiting on his Garda report which is taking ages to come, and his Stamp 4 is about to expire. I know that he can apply for an extension on his Stamp 4, but is there a chance that might have to leave the country if his appeal is refused? (hopefully not!)
My mom got her WCATT, and they both have 3 Irish born children, been living in Ireland since 1999.
