EU3 Form complications

Post by newcomer87 » Fri May 11, 2018 7:58 pm

Hi guys, i applied for Irish permanent residency using EU3 form a week ago, got reply from INIS today asking me to submit more documents, does any one run in to situation where they are asking for contract of employment for each period of of 5 years and one more very confusing thing is that they have asked us to provide the proofs for 6 years rather than 5 years as my understanding was that you can use treaty rights after 5 years of residency. would appreciate your answers in advance.

@irish786 i applied by my self and my wife continuously worked except for few months in 2014, she changed jobs 3 times and neither of us was on any social welfare allowance tho, funny thing is they asked us for proof of addresses for last six years rather than 5 and letter of employment for each year of employment which is strange, i thought it should have been current job's contract letter or letter from employer.

i have stamp till nov 2018, we provided 3 years of p60's and will provide further documents as well, the only problem is that we dont have any record for almost 8 months. these 8 months are even before we get married, so this is what i don't understand what is the connection of these 8 months to our application ..
