Fiance stamp 4 refused

Hi, my fiancè stamp 4 got refused after 2years of long wait, i am currently in U.K but not a U.K national, are there any possibilities that i can call him to U.K direct from Ireland or does he have to go back to Pakistan and then come to U.K?

Does he have a visa for the UK? If not, then he can't go. If he does, he can. Seems fairly easy.

No he doesnt have a visa for U.K

What permission do you have in the UK? What is your nationality? Does your permission/nationality allow you to be a sponsor for her?

Either way, as you are not married and you are most likely not going to meet the de-facto cohabitation requirement, she would have to apply for a visa on her own merit.

As she doesn’t have a valid permission in Ireland, it is unlikely that TLScontact will accept her application.
