1 year IRP CARD never arrived

Hi,

Since last July 2020 I have renewed IRP card but never received.
Every second month I have sent email to Burg quay and getting reply
"there was a technical issue with your card. I have had the card re printed and it will issue to the address..."

At this stage 6 similar emails in my inbox but no card. Anyone advice what should I do?

I Never heard of it, but Simply write a letter and send to Burgh quay by registered post and will know for sure at least they will reply something.

I Never heard of it, but Simply write a letter and send to Burgh quay by registered post and will know for sure at least they will reply something.

They are replying all the time. Saying we have reprinted and posted again.

Hi,

Ask them to provide you the tracking code for your IRP envelope.
All the IRPs are sending by ExpressPost with tracking numbers.
You will be able to track the letter by anpost.ie website.

They don't provide tracking numbers, people who replied by email simply passing to another department.

I have already addressed this in the previous message you need to simply write a letter explain everything and ask them to provide proof by official letter. Good luck
