Adult passport renewal: recent application experience

Hi everyone

I thought to share my experience of applying for passport renewal online. I applied last Friday (21/05) and ordered a passport book and a passport card. It is a straightforward renewal. The passport came through the door today 26/05.

Given that it fell on week-end, the service is excellent and appears that automatic renewals work through without delay. A hope for those expecting the renewals to join the queue of those submitting docs over the lockdown. 5 out 5.
