It is very frustrating. Got two kids applications in at moment and still waiting with issue date of 26 January and been stuck at processing for more than a month. Been worried that may be an issue but not sure if passing the documents being verified is a good sign or not.
As of yesterday one of kids moved to printing. Still waiting for the other one to move past processing although think he took a week or two longer to get to processing.

Anyone know how long from printing to dispatch?

Anyone having issues with the tracker? Mine just went from verifying back to submit supporting documentation?? They had scanned all my information back in December, I then resubmitted another witness form in December and had spoken to them last week about my application since it was overdue and they said they have everything they need. No emails from them to say anything was wrong.

Mine has done the same thing. The system was down either yesterday or the day before when I tried to check so I guess they're having IT issues.

If you can be without it for a few months then yes. I advise to send a notarized copy instead.
Also-I sent extra notarized ID as well. Good Luck

Mine hasn’t moved from “Application Received” since I applied on 09/1. Webchat say my docs were received 25/01 and my application is being processed. Estimated issue date is 30/3.

I’ve given up checking it now. If I don’t get any emails or a passport in the post by mid April I’ll get back on webchat for an update as clearly my tracker can’t be trusted!

This is an application for a child born in 2021. I am getting very impatience as I saw others moving from processing to printing very quickly. I have to travel at the end of April and I think, given the timeline, I won't be able to make it :(

In my case they emailed me and asked for child's PPS number. Maybe they did the same for you? Check the email. Best of luck!

Hard to say how long your wait will be, but several of us on here have had the same thing happen, all I can say is that you go back to the end of the line once they receive whatever they needed. Personally speaking, I resubmitted a document they wanted on Dec 30th and I'm still waiting...Supposedly they are adding staff though so maybe it will be quicker?

So far I'm glad I did not send my original passport.

The tracker originally had a target of 25 March 2022 (today) The tracker still shows an estimate of today, but the bar reset from virtually done to 75%.

3 Dec. 2021 - online application - alert says applicaton received, need to send documents
18 Dec 2021 - mailed application from US.
12 Jan 2022 - USPS tracking says package arrived in Dublin
20 Jan 2022 - Tracker says documents received, verifying them - estimated date of 25 Mar 2022 (9 weeks)
17 Mar 2022 - Tracker change from verifying documents to processing application est 21 March
25 Mar 2022 = Still shows processing application estimated 25 March, bar is reset to 75%

In December mine changed from verifying yo processing. About a week after that I was asked for more documents, and my estimated issue date changed to 8th March. Last week the status changed from verifying to processing again.
Passports finally arrived last Friday and Saturday virtually two months after the original forecast date. Guess there is a long backlog.

Best of luck for everyone else waiting - hopefully not much longer for 2021 applications.

Congrats!!!!
Yes--it does seem so long now. I'm right behind you. Jun 2019 FBR application & my passport book is FINALLY at the post office. Missed the delivery guy but have the slip to just pick it up tomorrow. After being stuck in a loop in the US Postal system for 40 days I'll be so happy. No sign of passport card but that's a minor issue.
Glad to see you're done

It arrived 2 days before. Dates updated.

Does anybody know how long does take them to retrieve parents passports, birth certificate, etc?

Hello everyone :)
My application was submitted in February and it is listed as "processing application". I'm just wondering, does the status bar on the Passport tracking website actually move during the processing stage? I can't decide if it is my own wishful thinking that the bar seems to be getting further along - I used to think it was at about 30%, now I would say about 45% - or if it is actually moving.

I found that the tracking bar is inline with the estimated due date and not an accurate gauge for when you will get the passport. For example, mine kept ticking up until it got to 100% on my due date. Since I didn't get it by then, it automatically went backwards to about 75% and has stayed there. I'm a month overdue today and it's still at about 75%.
