Level 4 JOB occupation. Security Company

HI all. i applied under cat D. Switching from PSW.

i just read in Tier1 ent guideline that if u r running a taxi company then ur main occupation is taxi driver, which is not on level 4 list

Now my question is , I am running a security company and this business also appeared on level 4 list, i am director finance & operations and company. pls advise me that is it ok/

only thing coming in mind is HO might refuse my visa because main occupation in this business is security guard, which is NOT on list

HI,
Main occupation in the business is does not matter. As an applicant what you are doing in the business is important to consider the application. Your work in your business should be level 4 or more. If your role (finance & operations director) is level 4 or above, you should not have any problem.
