Need help plz

Refusal: May 2013
App: 50 K
Previous status: PSW
Funds: in personal account(uk)
Reason: We don't think you are a genuine Entrepreneur, Therefore we think you don't have access to 50 K.

No other reason at all: ( Like other users here saying about bank letter, no phone number, no name etc).

Even in refusal letter they said we are satisfied with your previous history in UK, but in this case you are not genuine.

My hearing is in Jan.
Total stay in UK: 7year+

Please give your opinion, my lawyer saying we should win easily...!

if you pasted their words would have made situation clearer however,

the life of money being in your account does not seem long enough might have made case worker specious if this was the case you would have
to provide the source of money in the appeal,and
there has not been any initial investment considering the nature of business as money 50,000 as it is there(although it is not a requirement money to have been invested(full or partly) but a good reason to refuse an application)

talking for a fact being active in provision of services is crucial to turn over the case in your favor as there is not any documents missing as it normally happens.

you might want to highlight the more possibilities you can think of

hi, Thank you for reply,
I did showed a loan agreement of 10 k, as a company director i offered to the comapany. (this amount is separate from 50 k).

What docs i can show to prove initial investment?
what other measures i can take to turn appeal in my favor?
All i know is that i have genuine money in my account, what source i can provide?

i was thinking to take a fresh statement in appeal, and try to show few invoices !

you being a director would lend your company up to amount 10,000 and you made an offer for it through a director loan agreement I have been hearing refusals and documents applicants provide as evidence since policy out and in force but I never heard a thing called offer that a director would make to his company.

looking at how you wrote and evidences to which objection relates needs discussion in detail(you need a proper guidance), I recon you to see a lawyer as soon as you can so that you could be identified in way a case is prepared and presented please do not do it yourself it will otherwise result the same it has at the 1st place.

@ Entp1, one of the way you can show you are a genuine entrepreneur is if you are already trading and you have spend some money on your business.

The judge will find it difficult to doubt you if you have all evidence that you are trading and the HO decision is just assumption which they also know you can win if you prove yourself in front of the judge.

Get all your invoices, business bank statement, contract with clients e.t.c and take it along to your appeal hearing.
