Appeal in few days - Advice required.

Post by therock » Mon Dec 09, 2013 7:58 am

Hi Guys,

Finally, after 1 year of wait, I am going for appeal on Thursday. I have only one refusal point "There is no mention of your name on third party's bank letter".

Even though, there is my name clearly mentioned at the top of bank letter "With regards to the application of Mr My Name" and further in the letter "Relationship to applicant" - Which means the letter is talking about me.

I have genuinely started a business which masha Allah is growing at a good pace, I have also employed a british person with salary of £15k, and invested over £12,000+ already.

I have a few questions:

1. What is your advice, what documentation shall I take with me to court?
2. What kind of proof do I need to provide to prove the investment? I am getting the un-audited accounts ready by an ACCA accountant, what else do I need to provide?
3. For the refusal point, I have now got another letter from bank which states "The letter was genuine, was about the applicant Mr My Name and the money is still available and disposable to the UK". - Any advice, what else do I need to provide?
4. For proof of the Employee, I will just take a copy of the Employment contract - Anything else?

Finally, Sorry for the lengthy message and I am now looking forward to a good piece of advice - Especially from the aggressive "Lucapooka" - I am just joking!!!

Thanks guys!!

Congratulations in advance.

The bank letter you already submitted is OK, & now you have a fresh bank letter which is further strong evidence.

If you have already invested 12K, then best evidence to present in court can be: un-audited accounts, business statement and the invoices or bills of the persons or retailers to whom the 12k payment were made.
Also if you have signed an employment contract with your employe, then take this along other relevant documents or his ID's in the court.

Wish you best of Luck.
