Appeal Bundle sending date

My friend appeal letter says that he must send his bundle within 21 days from the date of the court letter. His 21 days expired on 25 February 2014. His bank in his home country is taking too long which is the main reason of the delay.

I have mentioned his reason for refusal in my previous post.

Can he still have another month as his solicitor is saying it is fine as he can explain the reason in the court?

where & when is your appeal?
Usually you need to submit your bundle before 5 days of your hearing and if you're late then still you can submit by explaining the valid reason and you should be fine. You can also submit your bundle to tribunal in person if that suits but to home office you need to post only.
