i applied in dec 2013 (through vc) but no response from ukba except 31 march before could take decision.
i want to withdraw my application and go back home (due to some emergency)
can i apply immediately after going back to India and come back with in 28 days.
question:
can i do this way.
could this effect my long 10 year long term plan for ILR.( First came to uk dec 2006)

no u cant leave, if you will leave you will lose your 10 years residency.
yes you can contact HO and tell them your reasons sometimes they will process fast and get back to you.
if you will leave country you will come back to zero.
