can i do retail business

Hi experts,

me and my friend as a team. last week we got a tier 1 entrepreneur visa. PSW route.
i want to do a retail business under different ltd company, different investment.
I would like to know, weather I'm eligible for it or not. please suggests me.

Congrats for your visa,
Yes you can do retail business with other investment but for extension you can't use retail business as your business need to be at level 4. You an use the business that u used for your initial visa or any other business at level 4. You can't use any investment tat you used for retail business.

you can do any business, no restrictions at all but for extension purpose you only have to show level4 and above business...
