I Had a refusal base on viability and credibility of business,I just want people or if you know any body that has got similar experience to share their experience so I can know how to go about it in court .. It will go a long way in assisting me and other members in this forum .THANKS

@ kokopop, viability and credibility is about the trading activities of a business. As long as you can proof to the judge that your business is actively trading, then you should be fine. There are lot of people that have won their appeal by proving to the judge that their business is genuine as they were able to show all the evidence of the business trading activities.
