Hi

My friend applied for ILR on basis of TIER 2 general migrant, but unfortunately his application is refused b UK visas and immigration. He lodge appeal against the decision, which was also dismissed by First tier tribunal and upper tribunal on 11Th April 2014. Can he apply for TIER 1 ENTREPRENEUR within 28 days. Is law allows him to apply for fresh application within 28 days after the decision of Upper tribunal.

Please share your experience.

u can apply within 28 days of refusal. just keep in mind that ur long residency has been broken since u have been refused appeal and making new application.
