Buying Shares in Stock Market

Is there any possibility for Tier1 Entrepreneur(50,000 PSW) to invest by buying shares of a company working above level 4 on stock market?
I am in A FIX what to do with my available money to invest as buying a property in 50,000 not possible,mortgage for entrepreneur is a ? 50,000 can not be invested in only marketing or rent/lease etc.

Hi IShfaq,

That right ....We can not spent the whole 50 000 in rent ,computers and other incurred expenses.
On the other hand we have to spent the whole 50,000 in three years...

Please can someone advise on the this issue.
