Hello

I have a question i just recently applied for the Tier1 enterpriser visa and got refused

My question is they said your contract is not valid so can i submit a new contracts with my appeal? is this will be alright ,
I showed my self as IT consultant

Please help and advice me


I will be very thankful to you all in advance and i need some nice real advice brother:(

HI

yes please, They says that the company don't have any good website and the service i mention in the contract does not seem genuine because of the company has no good on line presence on the web
