I need expert advised. My entrepreneur team visa been refused and hearing will be on march 2015.
However my 10 years residency has been completed in October 2014 so shall I switch from entrepreneur to 10 years long residency visa?? If yes then does it effect to my partner hearing?
My lawyer advised me that I can apply with fast track application (10 year visa).
What documents I need in order to put long residency file as ukba is holding passport:

U need to withdraw your hearing first but keep in mind that your section 3c will end and right to work which attached with your last leave.

There is no fast track application thing for long residence application. It will take 4 to 5 months

Best option is to add additional grounds on your hearing and attend hearing than see what judge and HOPO tell u on hearing date
