what if I withdrawn the appeal as it has been adjourned

Post by atmone » Wed Jul 15, 2015 12:05 pm

Hi everyone,

Because the HO officials presented new documents on the hearing date, the Judge changed the hearing to next February.

On the hearing date, the Respondent brought some generic witness statements, a copy of interview when the immigration officer stopped me and a sheet from ETS indicates my TOEIC score is invalid.

The thing is, on the ETS sheet, it shows that the test was taken in a college which is different to the one I actually sit the test.
I even have a letter from the principle of the test centre to prove I am the genuine person who sit the test.

I am not afraid to fight against this ridiculers allegation. I do believe I will win the case. But as a business owner, I have to travel globally to seek the best business opportunities. I could not wait until next year. The waiting time already caused a huge lost of business.

I am thinking to withdrawn the appeal and get my passport back, the result will be a ban of entry.

So I figure out some options.

Option One:
Apply a Tier 1 investor visa.

Option Two:
Apply a citizenship of some visa free countries, then use the new identity to enter the UK.

Would you gurus advise me if my solutions are doable?

Guys, please feel free to PM me if you want to share some experience about the TOEIC appeal.
