tier 1 entrepreneur extension with illegal worker penalty

hello, my tier 1 entrepreneur extension is due next year,but i have 1 question that ukba raid on my work place & they found one person who's spouse visa was expired,when i hired him he had his visa which expired after 6 months after that whenever i ask him about his visa he said he already applied which he was lying,i am feeling very unlucky because i don't want to give job to any student or visitor but even then this happen to me, because he had spouse visa & he have children as well thats why i always believe him when ever he said that he already submitted his application,but now he again have valid visa{BRP}, they fined me £15000 i object it but they remained my penalty,now i am paying them in installments,my question is did this civil penalty will affect my extension application,..penalty is on my company's name not on my name..plz plz help me i have already invested the money & fulfilling the all requirements..thanks
