Tier 1 GE: job creation

Hi. I'm on a Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) visa, just extended, and I'm ready to create a first job now, before I even switch to a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa.
In order to extend the T1E, I will have to show that I created at least 2 full time jobs that have existed for at least 12 months. My question is whether the Home Office will count the jobs that I created before I even switched to a T1E visa, or they will only count the period after I get a T1E?
