Question of employees total working hours

So you did not submit any p11?
Also I have a similar food business.
Number of hours for my employees exceed 15600 but there is a mixture of employment meaning they are all settled workers but some have done 60 hours in a month some have done 70. What do you think?
If i add all the hours together as I said it exceeds 15600.
