Case worker wrote notes on passport

Hi

I've a doubt regarding HO evaluating an application. I've applied my Initial Tier 1 Entrepreneur 50K route as a team along with 2 dependents on 29 th Jan 2013 and my application got rejected on 22nd April 2013.
Here the caseworker played smart as we got our PSW visa till 21st April but our visa got rejected dating 22nd april.
We have appealed and we have granted Visa my extension is due by end of this year.

After receiving the documents I've noticed that case worker wrote Initial Visa rejection date and Application reference no in our passports. Now I'm bit tensed whether HO will reject my extension application as we got Initial Visa by appealing against HO decision.

Thanks for your input. Is there anyone who won appeal and got there 2nd Eextension visa approved with out any hassel. Seniors please input your thoughts.
