Dividend or loan pay off

Post by 123nancy » Tue Jan 22, 2019 12:52 pm

Dear All,
I need a help regarding dividend or Director's loan pay off. My Entrepreneur extension was granted successfully on March 2018. I am applying ILR on April 2019.
I have invested 50K as a director's loan . My term will expire on February 2019. Now my company is in profit. Can I take this loan back or is it the best to take a dividend?
if I take a dividend or loan back from my company, does it effect in my previous investment?
Please help with your valuable suggestion.
Thank you.

Nothing in the immigration rules prevent you from doing that
