Applied for tier 1 entrepreneur visa 50 k route on 26th November 2018

Post by rizan089 » Tue Jan 22, 2019 7:43 pm

Hi guys,
Anyone can guide me regarding my tier 1 entrepreneur visa extension application switched from Graduate entrepreneur after 2 years.
I have filed my application on 26th November and today received a reply from home office saying they need audited or unaudited accounts and accountant compilation report ,so please guide me as I applied as a sole trader for Tier 1 entrepreneur extension ...Please tell what shall I do now regarding this as i have 7 working days to send the evidence .AS a Sole trader what shall I send them as a response to this email.I'll really appreciate your advise .Thank you

Email from Home office

"It is noted that in your application form you have stated that you have invested £50,000.00 in to xxxxxxx on 26 November 2018 and as evidence of this you have provided audited/un-audited accounts. However we have no recieved any accounts with your application. I am therefore requesting that you send either audited accounts or un-audited accounts with an accountants compilation report as specified at Appendix A of the Immigration Rules showing your investment."

If we do not received the above within 7 working days a decision will be made based on the evidence we already have.

Not sure what the question is - you should send exactly what they asked for.

If you haven't sent in the accounts as specified, how did you expect HO to verify your investment ? Did you provide some other evidence ?

Count yourself lucky that they have asked for the information rather than refuse it outright.
