It does not make a difference that you are the owner of the company - you follow the standard practice for SMP as you would for any employee (assuming you are on your company payroll)

Thanks for your reply ...Yes I am on my company payroll as my accountant suggests me to go directly to HMRC for the matanity pay instead of my company so I was confused that how it works ?

This is not an immigration related matter. The accountant generally knows this better.
You can always give HMRC a call - they are generally very helpful.

Extension accounts

Post by SlKhan » Thu Mar 21, 2019 6:48 am

Hi friend .I am applying for my extensions . I am not sure about two things .
I am sending my last 3 years account 2016,2017,2018. But my company was open in 2014 . I just want to know shall I send account since the visa has been granted or since my company started. Another question about RTI , shall I send the RTI only for last year or all the RTI since the company payroll has been started?

The immigration rules require only any one year of accounts and RTI only for the jobs you are claiming. Anything additional is optional

What business statement shall I send
1- only shows the director loan?
Or
2-the business bank statement of last three years since the visa has been granted?
Or
3-the business bank statement since the business has been started?
