Tier 1E dependent visa query

Hi guys,

Will tier 1E dependent visa application be rejected if there is a typo in the passport for place of birth or address? For a town name, it got 2 spelling in English and different spellings in place of birth & address in the passport?

I’m on tier 1E and got extension in November 2018.
