Entrepreneur visa for asylum seekers

Hello

Can i apply for Entrepreneur visa if i am asylum seeker .

i am have disposable funds of £50000 in my bank account for last one year . i can get the money by sending authorization by me via solicitor . is there any chance to get visa . i can't go back because of my serious problems . so could you please advice me to how to do that .
