For question 4 - I got NI number when I was student in uk , now my name has been changed so how can Inform National insurance team and get NI number with corrections

1) since I was not resident in uk before, I registered the company on my friends address with the same name as my current company name in uk from preventing it from being taken from competitors in two occasions , but the previous two registrations of company were dissolved under Same name as my current company name , is it ok or will it raise any concerns during extension stage ? Please assist

2) can I call HMRC and ask them to change my company registered address to my home address, is it ok ?

3) if I hire three full time staff for 1st year , four in year 2 and 6 in year 3 from various businesses allowed under tier 1 can I apply for ILR

Can we claim for the recruitment under tier 1 rules for the existing company by joining as a third director when they already have two settled person as a director ?

Dear Mods and Experts,

Is there any time limit to transfer funds GBP 200,000 from country of application to UK for initial tier 1 visa

I was granted with visa in August 2019 and arrived in UK on September 2019,

Can I transfer investment funds in installments or we need to transfer all in full, for example

GBP 50K in December 2019
GBP 50K in April 2020
GBP 40K in August 2020
GBP 40K in December 2020
GBP 20K in January 2021

We will invest all GBP 200K with in 3 years at our various business in UK

Is there any specific things we are missing out ?

Can I change my company address to my current home address from companies house ?

Also I'm planning to go on holiday end of this year for 3 weeks, when I come back do we need to show any documents at Airport ?

My question is do I need to transfer all funds from my country to application to UK in one time or i have do it in installments and time gap

Sorry to repeat - can I transfer investment funds after 6 months as I have sufficient funds for maintenance here in uk since I have sufficient funds here as I have family here

When i run business from Home can I still adversie for jobs through job centre plus locally ?
