How to answer "Is the money available to your business.

Hi everyone,

I'm now filling out the application. I have no idea whether the answer for the application question is section G4 is Yes or No. Here is the question:

"Is the money available to your business rather than to you by name?"

It is available to me because it is in my personal chequing account but I've made the decision that it is also available to my business.

Any advice on how to answer this??

@ misskin, if the money is presently in your personal account then the answer should be ''No'' because they want to know if the money is in your business account or your personal account.

I concur with what Olasunkanmi said.

It's in your personal account, not your business account, so it is available to you by name, and not to your business.

If you are being sponsored by 3rd party financial capital companies, nowadays, they give funding approval to the business (not person)

Depending on that, if money is available in YOUR NAME, then answer is NO

If money is available to your business (in documents), then answer is YES

well, my solicitor left this question unanswered. As if you check the G4 properly, we needed to tick at least one whichever fits to us, and then rest we can leave. Again, the question itself also looks contradictory.

simply if you have money available to your personal account then mark it NO...

Please some one guide me my all money in personal account account but I click Yes in the application it's gonna problem for me. My application in still with HO and I applied 50k PSW route. Please some one reply me. Thanks

most likely yes it will be a problem. just vary the application form by sending a variation form and correct the mistake there as soon as possible. nothing to worry
