Status Update- After Appeal Allowed

Mine has already been 12 weeks & I haven't received mine yet. But my case is a bit different. Thanks to all of them, they lost my documents but looks like it's on track now and process will begun. But I think I'll have to be patient for a long time. But you should receive it soon. From the time frame of others it seems that a max of 12 weeks is a waiting time. Almost everyone is hearing by then. Fingers Crossed, you will hear good news soon. Good Luck.

Applied for adult dependent for my mum in July 2012. Got rejected for wrong payment in October 2012. Reapplied again ( did whatever ho told us to do) got refused 15/7 / 2013 . Appealed first tribunal dismissed .. Went up to upper tribunal 10 /1/14 . Judge allowed and remit back to home office . Since then we haven't heard anything . So this has been going on since 2012 and my mum not well. (((

Sorry to hear about that Lilidofonteh, but so many of us our under similar situation n kind of helpless. HO takes their time. And, in your case if it is remitted back to HO, then I think it goes back to the same case worker. And, rest depends on his/her pile. If it is an emergency you can always put a request forward by fax or post explaining your circumstances. but again, it all depends upon the case worker to consider or not. Don't worry your mum will get it soon. Good luck. Be Positive.

Since Then no update and look like it will take 3 months before i receive anything from HO and so far HO has not challenged the decision yet.

due to visa problem we don't have anyone to look after as my moms visa got rejected
is there any chance to chase up with ukba to get visa things sort out so that we can travel to our country asap

Called my MP's office at the end of Jan 2014 to ask for help and letter was sent to HO on 31st Jan. Still waiting for HO response. Hoping for some good news soon.
Was fortunate to get a new contract last week, so carrying on with business but not having my passport sucks...

My appeal was heard in Novemeber, received DOCs in almost 12 weeks time last week. I mentioned it on this thread.

Yes Khan I have read your update, thanks for that, but there were many other fellows as well, who got their appeals heard and allowed in November 2013. I hope everyone gets a positive response and requests them to update here so that we all could be enlightened about the HO time line.

Hi Shah 4404,
I think they have 5 working days to appeal against FTT decision if they want to. In your case that timeline has crossed. So I don't think there is anything to worry.Now you should just wait for your docs n brp. For which processing time is 5-12 weeks. Could be longer or vice versa. Depends. Good luck.

Finally Good News

I got my BRP today. Documents and passport hasn't come. Will receive it in a day or two I guess.
Here is the timeline again for all you still waiting to get an idea.

Appeal Allowed - 6 Dec 2013
Received BRP - 5 March 2014
Fee - Not refunded yet ( will contact them later regarding this )
