HO Contact Details For Fee Refund

Hello Guys,

i got visa on PAP on First Application but i also applied for fresh application,as fresh application fee is due for refund,someone told me that HO can send via Cheque but i have moved address,gow can i contact HO to request on new address or if they put money in same account,
