Good evening everyone. My extension was granted on the 3rd of March 2017 and I have 2 employee who has been working for me since March 2016, but one of them left in April this year. Below is their job title and hours
1. Employee 1: Admin assistant, 30hr/wk, worked 10 months full time and left in April
2. Employee 2. Project Officer, 30hrs/wk has been working before and after my extension and stll working, so far she has worked 16 months+ and still working. Based on Pre April 2014 rule can i combine both employee 1 and 2 as i am hoping to apply for my ILR in Feb
