Tier 1 Entrepreneur Dependants EXTENSION visa

Hello All
Happy New year.
I received my ILR on the basis of 5 year tier 1 entrepreneur.
My dependants who came to uk a year after me need to apply for another extention to complete their 5 years.
I have filled the online application form and paid for the visa fees and health surcharge.
Managed to get a free appointment at croydon branch for next week. 7th Jan 2019
The form and details were pretty straight forward and simple.
Documents uploaded are
BRP
PASSPORT
BANK ST for maintenance.
And my BRP and passport (sponsor)
My query is
There was no question or document asking for consent/permission for the home office to run checks (previously all application I have submitted have had this form)
Am I missing something?
Also what all documents do I need to take with me?
(Will take BRP, PASSPORT and bank st. Also my BRP and passport)

Just read ur thread regarding ur wife visa entension ... nobody has answer for your question ...

I’m pretty much same as ur case ..
already applied for ILR on the basis of entrepreneur tier 1 ( team , 50k)... in Jan 2019..

Mine question is :
My husband came to uk last year June 2018 as mine tier 1 ent PBS dependent n his visa is valid till June 2019:
1) what online form do he need to submit in June for further extension?
2) is it same route whether mine ILR came b4 June 2019 or after June 2019 for his visa extension .

Note: although i been answered for these question in my thread but still not satisfied whether it was right or not ..
Plz senior moderator must ans for this post ..
