I Need Your Advice Post study work

hi,
I am about to finish my masters in the month of dec2009. after that i am planning to go india because i need to for an operation. to recover it may take nearly 8 to 10 months. I wish to apply for PSW from india after i got well. I have student visa till 31dec2010, but i am finishing my course early, coz of operation. so shall i apply my PSW from india or do i need to come here and apply. If i want to apply from india how much should i show maintainance funds.

u need to show £2800 for three months from India...

I wouldn't rely on this option at all. You don't even have the right to appeal when you apply for PSW outside the UK... So, if the case worker didn't like your photo, or didn't talk to his gf for days.. or just for the heck of it he rejects your application lol..... How are you going prove him wrong in his decision ? lol..
