Applying for PSW, but not sure

Hi falks,

I have a problem. My visa student visa expires by the end of May. I did not have money in my account for the first 2 weeks of March. ( aka Maintenance Fund). But, I have asked my family (who sponsored me for my study in the UK) to transfer the required amount and more at the beginning of March... however, the Money took two weeks to become available in my account. Now, the question has to do with this: I am sure that the application will be rejected as soon as apply by the end of this month, but is it possible to argue that the two weeks while the money is being transfered is in fact already mine (similar to having more than ??800 in another account abroad). I didn't know that these new regulations until March... Please advice...
