New application after rejection

Hi,

My PSW application got rejected today and I dont have a right to appeal because I still have around 2 weeks left on my current student visa. I want to find out that if I launch a fresh application will my application be judged on the basis of my previous application or will they judge it on the current laws.

I had applied on the 28th March on basis of my PGD but it got rejected due to mainitainence funds so can I make a fresh applicaton.

U can apply provided u got a degree instead of PGD.

You can not apply on the basis of PGD it has to be a Degree or a Masters
