Under processing?? Can anyone help please !!

Hi guys, Just wondering if any of you know what it means by 'under processing' ??

I am one of Nov'08s and have been waiting ever since. The status of my application has changed from
under consideration
under further consideration to now
under processing

Can anyone tell me if this means that finally they are gonna make a decision ??

Help !!! Please

u dont need to bother abt that i was in the same situation from last oct when ever i called the HO they always say "under consideration or further consideration" finally last week i got the visa
