i am on psw and have spent 6 months in my country

i am on psw and have spent 6 months back in my country.i came back to uk around 3 months back and in uk now.now i am planing to get my wife here in uk on dependent visa.kindly can you please tell me that what amount of maintainance funds required and as i went back to my country for 6 months of my psw after living here for 3 years on student visa so would it be included in catogory of more than one year in uk or less than one year in uk?
