appeal on 23 sept please help

i applied psw visa on 22 oct 08 there was maintanace fund rule respondent refuse my application on the basis of maintanance fund i send one month uk bank statement which was closing balance at 825 and one letter on temporary statement with bank stamp 1515 and i got 450 overdraft facility too so all together is 1920 with my two dependents.but respondent refuse my application becuase there is no further tracsaction after 16 oct 08 i thing that was one month bank statement was fine too.

but in appeal i send one overseas account which was closing balance at 6000 pound on 20 oct 08
and i send send one uk current statment to which closing balance 2800 pound.
and i have a job is well.
and i send one tenency agrement which was 16 oct 08 i put deposit 900

that time was rule is at the time of application u got money in your account.
please help me about this how much chance to win this appeal thanks.
