working full time before droping psw application?

hi all,
one of my friend is working full time from past 5 months.
recently he got masters and planning to apply for psw.
his visa will expire by dec 30th 2009.
so, he is planning by month end
will there be any problem in getting visa.

As an student while studying you are not allowed to work full time wether 1 month or 5 month simple is that , I hope your friend was not actually studying while he was working full time because if he does then I am sorry he is in big trouble because home office can deport him back any time !!!!!

If your friend has finished or submit his/her dissertation and waiting for final results to announced from last 5 months. Than yes he can switch to full time working contract. It is not illegal. But (a big but) if he got his result 5 months back and did not apply for psw since than. Than yes he can be in a grave trouble.
