Is Tenancy Agreement/Survery Report Must

Hi all

I want to apply for my husband's visa as a dependent (i have psw), i want to check if tenancy agreement and house survery report must for dependent application. I have only tenancey agreement will it be enough.

1.Tenancy agreement wud be enough (providing that there is enough space for u dependent).
