Can I travel UK?

Can I travel UK?

Hi,
I am currently on PSW visa and its going to be expire in June 2010. I am in Pakistan and working in an organization for last 1.2 yrs. I couldnt travel UK during all that time. Now I want to apply Tier 1 General visa (Highly Skilled Worker).

Will there be any problem if I travel UK now?
If no, can I apply for HSMP visa within UK with job experience from Pakistan?
