psw visa and free medical facility

psw visa holders and their dependents can have free medical in uk? including pregnancy treatment? or is there any requiremnt need to full fill.

With those visas there is full entitlement to the NHS.

i understand ur point.

one of my friend said that if u have tier1 either PSW or General, u need to show the tax return which confirm that u have earned at least 35K in ayear to get free NHS, other wise u need to pay for pregnacy etc tretments.
