Concerned

Hi there.

I'm not big on these migration laws or rules but I have heard rumors that and I'm stuck with a very uneasy feeling.

My girlfriend, who is from China, will graduate and get her MA in march 2011 and she wants to apply for a psw.

However, what are all these rumors i have been hearing about the psw being discontinued?

Should we expect her not to be able to apply for a psw when the time comes?

consequently, should we be thinking about marriage if we want to be able to stay together in the uk? I'm from Denmark so an EU citizen.

Thank you for any help you can give me. Right now im a nervous wreck.
