psw processing time

hi all,
i applied for psw on 8th september
payment gone out frm my account on 10th september
but i didnt recieved any acknowledgement letter yet
as i looked at other ppl processing time most of them recieved their letters in a week time . so m jus wondering is any body had the same issue what shall i do in this case it is almost 12 days now
pls help
