Urgent Plzzz Help.....PSW

hi guys.....l
m stuck in a critical situation at the moment.
well m a student of london metropolitan university......my student visa is expiring on 30th of september......i've submitted my dissertation....and result for this will b out on 10th of october.......i am sure that i'll get passed.......and i wanted to apply for psw without going back or without getting student extension

i hav asked many ppl .....n they said i cant apply for psw in this situation while waiting for results coz i havnt completed my degree yet...... can you please guide me what should i do........or how should i approach home office with my application.
as any kind of help will be much appreciated......looking forward from you guys........thx

You cannot claim to have completed the course or gained a qualification without the dissertation being graded. And without the qualification you cannot apply for Tier 1 (PSW).

Why dont you just apply for a student extension first, I am sure the HO would extend your visa as you are still to be awarded your degree. generally they give the visa for duration of course+4 months.

when did you start your degree, is it a MS or a Bachelors

Try get a reference from the student admin or to issue a letter with all required details on the PSW application form ie name course start end dates awarding body and stating that you have successfully completed the course, which you almost certainly have.

thx for u guys advic e.......i think i should approach my course admin.......anywayz this was my resit for dessertation....1st time i got failed......
